Have a "Certificate of Eligibility," for a VA Loan...I know it is not "Veteran Housing" however, I hope that someone has an address for which I can request a copy of said form. Lost the original...Have my DD Form214......help

Or, go on the VA website. I think its www.va.gov
However, I'm not exactly sure. If thats not it, then just google it.
Or, the realtor banker you are working with can get it for you.
